The prices for 2012 per week are:
19 May – 30 Jun £595
30 Jun – 1 Sep £745
1 Sep – 22 Sep £595
A discount is offered for any 2 week booking.
Payment termsAt the time of booking you will need to send us a deposit which is one third of the rent. The balance will be due eight weeks before your holiday. Bookings made less than eight weeks before your holiday will require full payment at the time of booking.
Payment can be accepted by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
A damage deposit of 300 euros or £250 will be required on arrival. This will be refunded to you at the end of your holiday less the replacement cost of any breakages or damage.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels and tea towels.
We have a no smoking policy in the house. Sorry no pets allowed. Not suitable for the disabled or frail.
